Questions before you record
What does Professional cost?
Professional adds $0.02 per minute to the Basic destination rate. There is no subscription, seat fee or minimum spend. The charge comes from the balance you already use for calls.
Does every call have to be recorded?
No. You choose whether recording is on. Professional pricing stays the same, and recordings, transcripts and notes already in your account remain available when recording is off.
When is the transcript ready, and how do I create an AI call note?
The transcript is ready after a recorded call ends. From the call record, choose Generate AI call note to create one from the transcript and any call notes you wrote. Your original call notes stay unchanged. Airlophone does not provide live captions or live call coaching.
How long is the audio kept?
Recording audio is kept for 90 days, then deleted. You can delete it earlier. Transcripts and notes stay until you delete them. How we secure call data
Who is responsible for recording consent?
You are. Airlophone provides recording controls and an optional spoken notice. You must follow the laws that apply to the people and places on your call.
Is Professional included with a team?
Yes. Every team account is Professional and can use the same recording, transcript, call-note and call-list tools. Team calls add $0.02 per minute to the Basic destination rate. See Airlophone for teams
