No incidents are currently known. This page is checked and updated by a person rather than by an automated monitor, so treat it as a log of what we know rather than as a live probe. Last reviewed 13 August 2026.
If a call is not working right now
You are not charged for a call that fails. A call that never connects costs nothing. A call that connects and then drops or is unusable is credited back, and you do not need to argue for it.
If a specific number will not connect, it is worth checking whether it is reachable internationally at all before assuming the service is down. Freephone ranges are the usual culprit: US toll-free and UK 0800 numbers frequently refuse calls from outside their own country, which is a decision made by the organisation that owns the number. That case is covered here.
If you are signed in, the fastest route to us is the feedback button inside the app. It reaches the founder directly, and it carries the page you were on but never the number you were dialling.
Incident log
No incidents recorded. Airlophone is new, so this is a short history rather than a strong one, and it is worth reading as such.
What this page does not tell you
There is no automated uptime monitoring yet, so there is no uptime percentage here. Publishing one we had not measured would be inventing a number, and the whole argument for this product is that its numbers can be checked.
Some limits are permanent rather than incidents, and they will never appear in the log above: Airlophone cannot reach emergency services, cannot present your own number as caller ID, and cannot receive two-factor codes reliably. Those are on the about page and in the help pages.
