1. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information stored in your browser. We use them to keep the service secure, remember choices you make, and—only with your permission—understand how people find and use Airlophone.

2. Essential cookies

These are needed to provide the service and cannot be switched off in our banner. They include Supabase sign-in cookies, a short-lived session indicator, the selected account for a team member, onboarding progress, and security or fraud-prevention cookies set by our infrastructure.

3. Optional analytics cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, we use a first-party preference to remember that choice for up to 180 days. We then allow privacy-reviewed web analytics to measure pages visited and how people arrived at our site. This includes a 90-day first-touch attribution cookie that stores only the referring host, landing path without its query, and campaign tags. It never stores a full referring URL, a phone number, or an IP address.

You can reject optional cookies without losing access to Airlophone. You can also change or withdraw your choice at any time.

4. Country-level product data

We may derive a two-letter country code from the edge network header at signup and when a call is placed. We do not store the raw IP address or precise location in our application database. We use aggregated country and call-destination data to understand coverage, reliability and which markets the service serves; it is not used for advertising profiles.
