How much does business call recording cost?
Airlophone Professional adds $0.02 per minute to the published call rate. There is no subscription or per-seat fee, and nothing is charged until you make a call.
Does Airlophone record every call automatically?
No. Recording is a choice on each call. It stays off until someone on the call turns it on.
When is the transcript ready?
The transcript and AI call note are created after the recorded call ends. Names, numbers and unusual terms can be misheard, so check important details before relying on them.
How long is call audio stored?
Recorded audio expires after 90 days. You can delete it sooner. The transcript and call note stay in your call record until you delete the account data that contains them.
Does Airlophone announce that a call is being recorded?
No automatic announcement is added. Recording laws vary by location, so the person making the call is responsible for getting any consent or giving any notice the law requires.
Can it record calls made outside Airlophone?
No. Airlophone records only calls made or received through Airlophone. It does not record calls from another phone app, desk phone or mobile carrier.
