No. Airlophone is an international calling line for a legal team that needs to make and document calls across borders. It does not provide auto attendants, extension trees, desk phones or a full office PBX.
What numbers can a law firm call?
You can call published landline, mobile and toll-free numbers worldwide, including banks, government offices, registries and courts that accept ordinary phone calls. Airlophone cannot reach emergency services.
Can our team record client calls?
Yes. Professional lets the caller record selected Airlophone calls for $0.02 per minute on top of the call rate. Recording laws vary, so your firm is responsible for any consent or notice the law requires.
Can each lawyer or staff member have a spending limit?
Yes. A team admin can set a monthly limit for each member. Calls stop before a member can spend past the available limit or the shared account balance.
Can clients call us back on Airlophone?
Yes. You can rent a US or Canadian number from $5.00 a month. It can ring an open browser tab or forward to a phone when nobody is online.
Does Airlophone charge a fee for every team member?
