Help

Do calling credits expire, and can I get a refund?

Credit does not expire, and unspent credit can be refunded. You top up a balance, calls draw it down per minute, and there is no subscription and no monthly minimum. A call that rings out or fails to connect is not charged at all.

How prepaid billing works here

You buy a balance and calls draw it down. There is no plan, no monthly fee and no commitment, so a month where you make no calls costs nothing. Billing runs per minute from the moment a call is answered, with part of a minute counting as a full one, which is the same rounding the underlying carriers use.

The price for a call is resolved from the digits of the number before you dial, so what you see is what is drawn from the balance. Nothing is added afterwards: no connection fee, no surcharge and no rounding you were not told about.

What is not charged

A call that rings out, hits an engaged tone or fails to connect costs nothing. You pay for connected time only, so an unanswered call to a number that turned out to be wrong is free.

If a call goes wrong on our side, the credit for it comes back. Unspent balance can be refunded on request, and closing an account returns what is left in it.
