Your notes, finished.

Record the call, get the transcript, and type what actually matters while you are still on the line. The reference number, who you spoke to, what they promised. We complete it against the recording.

Charged per person who uses it, on an account that stays free to hold. Nobody pays a seat fee to make a call.

What you keep

Called about the frozen transfer. Marcus confirmed the hold is a compliance review, not an error, and raised case 4471-B. He will call back Tuesday with an outcome. No documents needed from us.

01What it costs

Only the people who use it

An admin assigns seats to named people. Everyone else keeps their account, their number and their calls, and costs nothing.

Billing period

Billed once a year.

Start free

Billed in USD; local figures are today's rate. We email you a sign-in link, no password and no card. 3 recorded calls are free on the account, once, not 3 each. An admin switches recording on first, and the free test call every new account gets is never recorded.

02What you get

Four things, on the calls you choose

  • The call, recorded.

Switched on per account by an admin, with an optional spoken notice to the person you dialled. Anyone on the call can decline to record it, and anyone can turn the notice on for their own call. Nobody can turn it off.

  • The transcript, after the call rather than during it.

Whisper Large v3 Turbo, then the audio is deleted. Post-call rather than live, which is a real difference: there are no captions scrolling while you talk.

  • Your notes, completed.

The part nobody else does, and the reason this page opens with an example of it rather than a feature list.

  • Search across every transcript on the account.

One box over everything you have recorded, so a call from March is findable without remembering who made it.

03Why the note works

Why the note is right when the transcript is not

Speech recognition mishears numbers and names. That is not a model we picked badly, it is what the technology does, and it is why our summariser is under instruction never to repeat a reference number or a name unless the transcript spells it out.

Which is honest and, on a call to a bank, close to useless. What was agreed on that call is the reference number and the name of the person who gave it to you.

So you type it. Four words while you are still on the line, jotted the way you would on paper. Afterwards the transcript supplies everything around it and your note supplies the part it cannot be trusted on.

04What it is not

Five things it does not do

Worth knowing now rather than in week two.

  • No live transcription.

The transcript arrives after the call, not as captions while you are talking. If watching the words appear is the point, this is not it.

  • No coaching, no sentiment scoring, no keyword alerts.

Nothing scores the call or nudges whoever is on it. That is a different product and it is priced like one.

  • It does not tell you whether you reached a person.

A machine cannot tell a human from a voicemail greeting reliably, and guessing would poison the only dataset here that cannot be rebuilt. You label the outcome in one tap; the summary is forbidden from guessing it.

  • English only, for the spoken notice.

The notice played to the person you dialled is in English. That is a real limit for an ICP that calls institutions in other languages, and it is not solved yet.

  • We do not tell you where recording is legal.

Consent law differs by country and by US state, and a table of it would be a legal claim we cannot source, date or keep current. We give you the switch and the spoken notice; the assessment is yours.

05If you stop

Cancel and everything you already have stays yours

Dropping a seat stops new calls being recorded. It does not touch a transcript, a summary or a note you already have: all of it stays readable, searchable and exportable, for as long as the account exists. Most of this category does the opposite, which is why it is worth putting in writing.

Record 3 calls free

3 recorded calls on the account, once, with no card. An admin switches recording on first, and the free test call every new account gets is never recorded. Whatever you do record stays readable and exportable whether or not you keep paying.
